The Storm
Helplessly drifting
On a sea of despair
Searching for help
But there's nobody there
The sun's disappeared
In a dark cloudy sky
The thunder's so loud
I can't hear myself cry
The storm beats down hard
With wind-driven rain
The powerful force
Serves to echo my pain
Struggling to float
As the tide pulls me down
I give up all hope
And let myself drown
