Looking young for your age
more mature than what you seem
yet everyone mistakes you for being
naive
and immature
and patient
and too sweet
and stupid
and clumsy
and childish
and untouched by the dangers of the world

what did I do
what did I say
that makes people believe this "baby face"
lives that way?
I often get mistaken for being "too innocent," which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Still, it does get annoying when people begin not to take you seriously - even if you haven't spoken a word to them before and when you know you're not that way.
