When empires collapse
  colonists try to keep
  the colonised out by
 closing their borders.

   a club of failed state
colonial nations using
collectivism for survival.

  Populist procurement
  of power is prohibited
and silencing expression
   is a last ditch attempt.

of war which overwhelms
