Humphrey Smith
It is eccentricity when one is
English, but if Irish, it's mad.
Humphrey is a long way from
Tipperary, closer to Wadsworth.
"He looks the whole world in the
face, for he owes not any man"
Yet, they try to Blacken, Smith of
the village, Tadcaster, Oxton Hall.
Great spirits always encounter
opposition from mediocre minds.
I raise my glass to you Humphrey S.
even though it's filled with Guinness.
