Anxiety
Lungs are tight
I breathe in fear
Eyes are painful
No shadow to cast.
Im in my room
My temple of doom.
How long will this
Panic last.
Xenophobia
People strange
Fear of the unknown
Fear of change
Lungs go tight
Breathing shallow.
It is not right.
Anxiety will squeeze
Anxiety will freeze
No blossoming spring
No summer sun
No autumn rain
Anxiety
the fearful pain.
