What have you done
Sweet Lilly
Mother a crow
Stifled her daughter
Would not
Let her grow.
Lilly wanted
To blossom
And become
A star
She killed
The crow
Now canβt
Go far.
In her cell
They gave her
A quill
Sheβs doing
Life in Pentonville.
She became
A writer of
Many a yarn
She wrote the
Story of the
Old empty barn.
There was nothing
In it.
