You created your hurt, just face it.
You had love, from a good man but you took it granted.
Only getting serious when another attracted his attention.

Same thing about a man losing his woman.
Crying, when she leaves for another.
Just face facts, you created your hurt.

Go ahead and lie to your friends and turn the story around.
And paint him as the monster around town.
But truth be known by those that know you.

And they will say, even to your face.
You, you created your hurt.
Don't get upset or mad by truth being told.
Just face facts you created your hurt.

No love stays where is mistreated.
Maybe a fool do.
