Ever since we've met,
I thought you would change,
But it wasn't like that,
It did seem too strange,

My thought wasn't wrong,
There has been a change,
It took me so long,
I'm stuck in a cage,

You remain the same,
still out of my range,
You are to blame,
I hate the new change,

You've made me flee,
From hopes and desires,
Now just like a tree,
I'm burned by the fires,

I used to be strong,
as free as a bird,
Now something is wrong,
Can't utter a word,

Why have I changed,
still remains unknown,
A person exchanged,
That yet has not grown.
Sometimes you change for better or worse, sometimes change heals but sometimes it hurts
