They say my happiness is all gone.
That loneliness isn't meant for me.
And like an actor I put on this fake smile.'
Like one losing out on the Oscar.

Our friends, they notice I am lost without you around.

They say that I should swallow my pride.
That you didn't mean to hurt me inside.
But a fool doesn't mainly do the right thing.
I guess this why my pride is hurting now?

Our friends notice all aspects of me.
And quick to say, you were so right for me.

They notice this by the way I act.
And when I am alone, I know they strictly speaking facts.
