Haven't we all had that
the pit-a-pat before the boom
before the room starts spinning
when your heart starts beating harder

and the sweating
thinking you might be getting somewhere
then suddenly
you're awake,
screaming for god's sake,
these dreams will be the death of me.

you might deny it
and that won't affect me,
but honestly
haven't we all had that?
