I'd know you in the dark
Because I've known you for so long
I know your form and breath my love
Yes I'd know you in the dark

Buy land said the man
For god's not making anymore
Well what about volcanos you *****?
What of the Galapogos?

Run to the hills
Step off of that grid
Jump from this pan my friend
Before they bring down the lid

I've seen you through the dark
Through gloomy prom and park
But I've seen you burst through that murk
And start singing like a lark
Singing like the lark
The sweet silver song of the lark
In a golden sky
Could you hold your head up high?
