The sky clears
but it's evening
even so
the sky is clear.

I'm here looking on
at the goings-on
which would go on
even if I didn't,

it's a sobering reality
when realising that time
will finish me,
hopefully not before tea,

She,
chimes in with what gives?
live it and love it or lose it

I choose to live it
and love it
so
I won't be winding the clock
anymore.
