If you feel stressed, just scream in a pillow.
If you are in pain or upset, it's Ok to cry and let it out.
Bend down and pray to God and let God handle your problems and take a load off.
ONE DAY AT A TIME.
If you feel lonely, get yourself a good friend you can trust or a loyal pet.
Take away the negatively out of your life.
Take a second and just know that there is no one perfect.
You are beautiful, special, in your own unique way.
ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS.
