Thunder and lightning
In my bed
It's shining
Through my windows
Then the wind blows
I hear the storm
In my bed
It's warm
Flash flood
Wet mud
Deer on the lawn
Let out a yawn
In my bed
Pillow over my head
The storm yells
Floods away yesterday
A new day comes
The rain drop hums
My mind focuses on the sound
My eyes start to close
In a deep sleep, I drift
I'll wake up
