Sails off into the distance
We shoot the pigeons
pollute the oceans
and
destroy the forests
and then harp on about
how wonderful nature is.
Oxygen tanks
concrete and steel
a flashlight for sunlight
and how would that feel?
pretty **** I'd imagine.
I don't have to be woke
to be awake to the possibility
that if this carries on
it'll be progress that is
killing me.
