When we find life difficult,
Then dear Lord be at our side:          
Come into our hearts, dear Lord,
There we want you to abide.

When times are topsy-turvy,
Then bring to us, Lord your peace:
Life's joys that are camouflaged,
Reveal them, have them increase.

Dear good and thoughtful Jesus,
You know what we're in need of:
Give us your care and kindness,
And especially your love.

Easier make life to live
When needed, wisdom do give.
