I took the walk.
Jumped the gate.  
The trail was there for me to follow.

I walked along it.
Toward the evergreen tree.  
With the sun west of me casting an eastern shadow.

The grass swayed in the wind.
The leaves rustled their descending song.
As the autumn ground collected them below.

I arrive to the evergreen tree.
Standing absolute among the leafless forest.
The lasting green of outglow.  

I'm Home. . . . . . .
