Tightening your belt
is the new enlightenment

That is the matter
we're getting thinner
and they're getting fatter

sticks and stones
will break your bones
you have to learn how
to dodge them.

She said,
be home by ten
but
She didn't say by ten tonight
She might have meant by ten
tomorrow.
