Bitter Blue
The most calm I ever knew
was eating my own insanity
swallowing the bitter blue
embracing my own lobotomy,
guilt murdered in my Xanax.
PTSD rears an ugly head
It's a challenge to relax,
Go back rearrange the dead.
Bitter blue is Vallium.
Guilt is shadows in sun.
