Just A Country Boy
So, you hear my accent.
And laugh a few times.
And then I hear yours.
And I laugh more.
Yes, we are different, but really the same.
I am just a country boy living my life day to day.
And wouldn't have it any other way.
Yes, I lived in the city and seen some pretty girls.
But the one that has my heart is just as pretty too.
Even, if she not appealing to you.
But it's not you that she loves.
Just this country boy that has never changed to impress anyone.
And long as I'm number one in her eyes.
I have the most cherished prize.
