Inimitable
All comparison pales
Evoke the grandeur
Of my hubris
In your cautionary tales
For if it fails
To tell your story
Better than
Yourself
It loses
Right to choose its
Fallen angels
To your detri-
Mental muses
And the few
Who take control
And can command
Their true potential
Seldom further still
Master the skill
Of making instrumental
What no artist
In my presence
Would pretentiously proclaim,
This is talent,
This is gifted,
This is critical acclaim
Without first
Due credit given
Driven by
A motivation
Inclination to creation
From some source of inspiration
