There's simplicity
in the animal
a precious essence
of purity

overly complicated
minds of
a billion
neurons
we, the evolved
obscure the
harmony
not only
externally
but within

fundamental joy
and innocence
we've fallen away
from

remember the sacred,
the child-like

keep it with you,
this remembrance
of the truest feeling
