Poems
Dec 2023
Wring the bell dry
Isolation,
when self-imposed,
drips with solace.
Home alone.
Dead phone.
A smile so glorious.
Lights out.
Flowing amber
drowns all doubt.
Volume, so loud,
reverberates throughout
every hidden inch of house.
It's just
us
again.
Mirrors
wink
and grin.
Saturated,
imbibed,
sopping,
dripping
with solace.
