                         Kimba

Raised in the captivity of a caged
    compound with siblings Ivan Zeus
and sister Maya, they shared with
    tigers, elephants, giraffes, camels,
horses and bisons in very cramped
    conditions, poor hygiene ill treated,
    badly nourished without any freedom.

The circus had been in existence for
almost seventy years in which time
people from all over the world were
aware of the conditions and abuse
by the handlers but nobody voiced
    their opposition or expressed their
    desire to prosecute the managers.

At a secret meeting by all those
    within the perimeter fence they
    decided that they’re humiliation
had to stop. But how? How could
they do this as all previous pleas
    petitions and attempts had failed,
    besides, they were outnumbered.

Maya suggested a plan which was
to include an elephant giraffe lookout
and volunteer. It would be a life risking
gamble. Her brother agreed, the fence
was stormed, Kimba roamed the streets
bringing media attention to their plight,
before being brought back to his Gaza.
