Oh Lord, the sky is wide open, a vast expanse,
Where dreams take flight in a cosmic dance.
Above the earthly bounds, where birds freely roam,
In the canvas of the heavens, our spirits find a home.

A tapestry of blue, painted with daylight's hue,
A celestial haven, where the soul breaks through.
With every brushstroke, the sun and clouds convene,
Oh Lord, the sky is wide open, a masterpiece serene.

In daylight's embrace or the twilight's grace,
The canvas shifts, each moment a new embrace.
Stars twinkle like diamonds in the moonlit sweep,
Oh Lord, the sky is wide open, a promise to keep.

With the sun's descent, a canvas ablaze,
In hues of orange and pink, a celestial maze.
A symphony of colors, where day and night entwine,
Oh Lord, the sky is wide open, a sanctuary divine.

The moon, a silver crescent or a full, round face,
Casting its glow on the world's quiet grace.
In the stillness of night, when the world is hushed and broken,
Oh Lord, the sky is wide open, a whispered token.

So, let our prayers rise like the morning sun,
In the open sky, where day and night are spun.
In the grandeur above, where stars have spoken,
Oh Lord, the sky is wide open, our eternal token.
