You said you were going out for cigarettes, and would be right back
Hours and days passed
There was no sign of you
No phone call nor letter
That was an indication that you were cheating
A woman called and said I have your man
He doesn’t love you anymore
I found a Greyhound Bus Schedule with a departure checked off
The destination was Los Angeles, California
There was no love in our marriage the whole time we were together
We never really talked
We had nothing in common
Our entire life was nothing but lies
I found me someone who loves me
Before I wanted to confront you
I thought beware
I just didn’t care
You were like out dated shoes with no sole whatsoever
I actually told your woman that she could keep you as he was no longer needed
I can pursue a new life
We both did best that was for all of us
Our marriage had no try
I am not going to cry
No need to ask why?
All I can say is goodbye
