Through proper eating habits
A strong health you can secure
Stop foods that are culprits
As they drive you beyond cure
Fall not into disease-pits
Pray to keep your heart pure
Walking is the best exercise
Taking you to bliss to be precise
And making you perfect in size
When you have crossed young age
Being cautious is very very wise
Before ill-health causes damage
Be towards your body very nice
Avoid unnecessary medicinal dosage
Hoping God always blesses in disguise.
