Why spend those hours you're going to spend
thinking about how it will end?

it'd be good if we could save those thinking hours
and use them at a later date,
so when we're 'the late' we're not really 'the late'
we're spending those hours wisely
adding to the sum total

someone'll say,
you can't do it or it would have been done already.
but what if it has been done already?

where did this come from?

there are aliens among us
the life-giving deathlike
the spike in the reading
and they're breeding.

I look forward to my first encounter
