The umbrella comes out
leaving us in no doubt
that Summer is
here.

but it should be
hot and sticky,
ice lollies calling
you can cool down
when you lick me

ah
but raining is what we're used to
****** wet through
because we didn't wear a coat

this kind of Summer really
gets my goat.

well it would
if I had one.
