I had a dream I sewed your sheets onto my bed last night.
I had a dream I sewed your sheets onto my bed last night.
As if stitching them together, might...
keep us here forever.
As if our dreams becoming tethered, might...
be worth divine endeavor.
As if sewing strands together
of our hair, into the feathers
of our pillow soaked in pleasure, might...
be something we should treasure.
But then i woke up to discover,
I'd been sleeping in the center...
& from my bed, your sheets were severed.
