It Won't Rain Tomorrow

As the breezes caress the tall and winsome trees,

hearts everywhere feel cherished and blessed;

When spring awakens our souls' better angels,

with calm and peace--and a sense of rest.

Sunshine reveals its awesome power,

as it pours onto daffodils and tulips growing;

A rainbow of flowers sits in the garden bed,

raising their colors like bright smiles glowing.

Serenity--a revelation from which we'll dream,

of puffy white clouds dancing and twirling above;

In an azure sky dappled with pinkish hues,

it speaks gently with softness and eternal love.

With the sky darkening towards twilight,

and the crescent moon lies on her side;

A missive is painted across the milky way,

"It will not rain tomorrow"--it will shine with pride.
