Sep 2013
parts of me are hidden away.
like the moon fades,
as the sun begins,
to show it's glow.

every night,
i kiss goodbye,
to the stars in the sky,
and i make way,
for a new day.

even with each day,
that slips through,
my fingertips,
there is still,
that feeling,
of sorrow,
whenever,
I think of,
the day which,
could be our,
last tomorrow,
of beautiful life.

Dedicating this poem to my grandfather Joseph.
It's the third anniversary of his death, on this day.
I miss him, I love him, I wish I could see him again.
