Dec 2022
Icy breath escapes his mouth;
No warmth found;
Only cold, dense words,
That make the heart hurt;
The chilled wind cuts not as bad.
Hope it hurts him to say
those things.
Even if it is just the cold wind,
chilling his lungs and beating heart
as he opens his mouth.
Don't be that way.
But so it is,
A chill, for a chill.
