remember all the soldiers on rememberance day
how they died in battle gave there lives away
fighting for our freedom  so we could be free
if not for the soldiers we would never be

put there lives in danger on the battle ground
cannons and the bombs dropping all around
living in the trenches in the wind and rain
with every ounce of courage to make us free again

we must wear a poppy on this special day
to thank all the soldiers who gave there lives away
how they gave there lives so we could be free
thank them for there courage and there bravery
