Caring comes from the heart
If the head gets in the way or the noise surrounding you
Not only must you think
You have to listen, read, and learn everyday
If you shut yourself off from time to time
No problem
But your are to blame if you shut off and down completely
Live your life as fully and as completely as possible
Jump or walk around the hurdles whenever they arrive
It's obvious and time to do it
