Not this year
Every year I dream about summer
I can never wait for it to start
The end of school and the start of the fun
Always awaited, never dreaded
Until this year….
I toss and turn
Dreaming about the day we say goodbye
I can’t help but wish I could control time
The end of school, the start of regret
Now anxiety grows as the end gets closer
How do I stop this before I start falling faster?
