By a Lake
I need that much or maybe just a touch more to make the magic that magically opens the door,
I can wait, I've waited for buses and trains, for the pains to go away, yes, I can play at waiting,
time and tide can kiss my expletive deleted.
not an oath shall pass my lips
until Excalibur slips into my hand.
Arthur and Merlin ceased hurling their insults
and sat back to have a jolly good laugh.
