I shook him by his shoulders
looking for him to give me something he can't
but he can in his own way with the way he stares
with the way he kisses me and the way he grabs me
the way he pulls me into his arms
I had no idea such a love could exist
this special love that I wouldn't trade for a thing
I close my eyes and hear his heart beating
feel his eyes, his loud eyes, the loudest thing in this room
he has no idea, he has no idea
the way his beard feels and his lips
his earthen smell and his brown hair
looking up at him, he looks down at me
experiencing this man's beauty
I swim I swim in it
I swim I swim in it
