the cockerel likes to crow  in the early morn
he likes to let you another day is born
showing off his plumage in the morning light
all his lovely feathers colorful and bright

birds begin to sing as we begin yawn
with there morning song siinging in the dawn
sun begins to shine sending down his ray
bringing happiness on a brand new day
