Antonym is detachment
Hatred creates attachment
Is a very strong emotion
Explosion and Implosion

Hate is emotional poison
Wrap it around your arms
Spirit gets sprayed with pollution
Resulting in self destruction

Drinking poising hoping
The other person dies
Perhaps the greatest irony
Mascarading itself as logic

Heart of hate are blame and shame
Feeling wrong and victimized
Evokes anger which carries the seeds
Hatred first planted nurtured by venom that fills the soul

Greatest disease is self hate
Dislike for self Waiting with many baits
All to common traits
Lonely and Alone till death awaits

Kindness and Hatred
Inside the two wolves reside
Who wins the fight
The one you feed with might

A natural emotion
Allow it to pass on
Nurturing it by dwelling
Add more suffering to the suffering
