I met you on the Jersey Shore
the sun setting in golden west
  we kissed beneath the boardwalk
then we pretended all the rest.
You gave me a touch of your bra.
I love you in this stubborn dream.
I felt heat and promises to come.
Shadows shift not what they seem.
