We watched her break to bits
saw the flames from her haul
saw the bodies ejected into space
liken to ants from a nest
this was our fleet number
our sweet sister ship

We turned on a button
for some pods must of ejected
and with guns firing
we came to rescue you
but we knew my daughters of war
that you would all fall with your ship

That night we closed our gun ports
and to star base did report
we did report the loss of you
and all that did dwell in you
my lips did tremble when I said
that we had lost our sister ship
