I don’t understand you
But I guess that’s half the fun
You keep my on my toes
Always guessing when you’ll run
And then you run

I don’t like the way you treat me
But I guess that’s half the fun
You’re the perfect blend of kind and cruel
And then you’ll leave me when you’re done
But you aren't the only one (I've been left before)

I don’t know what’s going on
But I guess that’s half the fun
You’re good at this tricky game you play
And I’ve been trying not to jump the gun

But I think you’ve already won
You've already won

(I can do it again)
Wrote this in April 2013 about a boy I was infatuated with. As you can probably imply, things didn't end well. But that's half the fun, right? ;) In search of better fish
