Poor things
for once in their lives
they find themselves in the nearness of the Regal
and in the façade of their realities
they do that fish and chips thing
they have to pretend they are not star struck
overwhelmed awe struck and conscious of their mediocrity
so out comes the false bravado
the reverse snobbery hahaha hahaha
the famed disparaging comments
the I couldn't care less
all of which merely confirms the opposites
but their inherent paranoia of being mere ordinary mediocre(s)
and all its associated insecurities and inadequacies
makes them defensive
and their uncouthness attitudes and staged nonchalance
is the only surviving and defensive mechanism they can manage
in their small world and smaller mind
being  blasé obnoxious and uncivil earns them bragging rights
amongst the other little minds
they all share the self same inferiority complexes after all
yet real confidence does not rest on who you are
rather what sort of person you are
we already know your reasons why
the shame is you can't get over yourselves
its a birth thing....right!
