Crackling,
as I sit in the garden,
look around,
what is this sound
No rain
Just bursts of eardrum gain
Dew droplets,
not only a few
Popping,
early morning call,
time of the day
Nature's clock on the wall
Which can't be mistaken,
it is nature's time telling call
A natural clock,
that never stops
Tune in tune out,
you can tell the time,
without a digital,
or analogue chime
Trust nature all the time
