What in the world’s
Going on out there
Barely
Prepared anymore
For the others
Are wary
So scared that I might
Say a word or two
On
The Koran,
Or Iran,
Or the Fall of Saigon
In its latest rendition
Of terror campaign
Like domestic disquieted
Capitol gain
The non-violence’s silent
Night shades of methane
Grown at home
And exporting
Its virulent strain
Of nefarious variants
Kids of all ages
In cages,
Their truth is
What say
