Yes you, sitting behind your screen reading this. I don't know and you certainly don't know me either. But I want to tell you something. Everyone has their own story. Yours may be filled with happiness and joy, or it may be clouded with pain and misfortune. I want you to know that you are beautiful, wonderful and a talented person. Everytime, you see your reflection, whether it's in a mirror, a window or in a puddle on the street, I want you to look at yourself and give yourself a big hug.
