Over thirty years and counting
and not once stands another man
like him
For another like him in sight
would have promptly declared
No! this is not right and I'm having no part in this
stop it please
or else I will go tell him and even befriend him
its nothing but odious bullying
what you're doing is not justifiable
its ****** plain wrong
And if you don't stop I'll blow the whistle on you all
I don't care if you want to start on me too
**** me if you so desire
but this is so wrong andΒ Β there's no way
I'll be a part of this
A man like me would stand upfront and uttered those words
and would mean each and every word
but imagine thirty years and more
not one single man is man enough to stand out
Does that not tell you something
about him
about men who call themselves men
about all the people around you
and about the lies you tell each other
and the sort of world you live in
and most importantly
you've seen him and know all you've done
can you say
your fathers, husbands, brothers, partners, uncles compare
just pray none of them ever befall evil
and if they do
please God, help them
and let there be someone who will stand and say
This is wrong
This person does not deserve this
I will help
