The highest probability of getting the outcome desired is following the process

Or so they say in every morning sales meeting before we get started

I listen and take their advice with a grain of salt knowing my closing percent

In an industry where 1 in 10 conversion is considered extremely good

I average 1 deal for every 5 customers I speak to, with above average grosses

I don't sell cars or follow a script based process like a computer programmed robot

I connect with my customers by building from a foundation of common ground

I don't sell cars but rather sell emotions, once the bond is made the sale follows shortly after  

My boss reminds me regularly I defy gravity and  break all rules but he enjoys the profit

He reminds me hard work will always outshine raw talent but I know what he's doing

He's merely trying to sell me on working harder knowing we both would benefit larger

I remind him I dont do this job because I have to but rather because I'm a people person

99'/, of sales is a transfer of enthusiasm and energy so I cannot fake it or pretend

When you invest that much effort into your work it requires a lot more energy
than a robot
