And they dither so ardently
hope fervently that I am impacted
for their masters have given them orders
and blind faith is a prize they are reared to pay
but I ask myself in all fairness
what is the impact of consummate silliness
I am still to know what the answer to that is
perhaps though
the question should be
why do their masters humiliate them in a game of
pin the tail on the donkey
when a donkey is not there
is it just to prove how easy it is to manipulate the masses
or how you can create a condition
where supposedly adult people become mere puppets
who will do as told without thinking about what they are doing
